EMERGENCY OVERVIEW
Very toxic by inhalation, in contact with skin and if swallowed.
Irritating to eyes, respiratory system and skin. Limited evidence of a carcinogenic effect.Moisture sensitive.
Potential Health Effects
Eye:
Causes eye irritation.
Skin:
Causes skin irritation. May be fatal if absorbed through the skin.
Ingestion:
May be fatal if swallowed. May cause cyanosis (bluish discoloration of skin due to deficient oxygenation of the blood). May produce nervous system disturbances.
Inhalation:
May be fatal if inhaled. Causes respiratory tract irritation. May cause burning sensation, coughing, wheezing, laryngitis, shortness of breath, headache, nausea, and vomiting.
Chronic:
Possible risk of irreversible effects.

Section 4 - FIRST AID MEASURES
Eyes: Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally lifting the upper and lower eyelids. Get medical aid immediately.
Skin:
Get medical aid immediately. Immediately flush skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes while removing contaminated clothing and shoes.
Ingestion:
Get medical aid immediately. Wash mouth out with water.
Inhalation:
No specific treatment is necessary since this material is not likely to be hazardous by inhalation. Remove from exposure and move to fresh air immediately. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen.
